The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority will officially cut the ribbon on its new customer service center on Tuesday, October 22 at 10:30 a.m., which is located on the first floor of our headquarters at Ellicott Street.  The new center combines traditional customer service with new interactive and digital information technologies to better serve riders.  Following the ceremony, the center will be open from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. for community members and riders to visit the new venue and enter to win monthly passes and other prizes.

The new 4,000 square-foot center features an inviting passenger circulation center; digital screens that provide real-time bus and rail route/schedule information; four customer service windows; and a wheelchair accessible counter.  The center will includes a self-serve ticket vending machine with assistive technology for riders with disabilities, which will also be open to the public after hours.

We welcome employees and customers to stop by on Tuesday and enjoy the festivities!
