Kimberly Trammell formally joins the NFTA as the Senior Administrative Assistant to TAPD Chief George Gast. She had previously been working in a temporary role at the MTC.  Kimberly already feels right at home at police headquarters as her father was the first African American on the Police force in Plymouth, NC and finished his career as Assistant Chief of Police.

Kimberly's career includes working as the Manager of Multicultural Healthcare Initiatives at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.  In this role, she created and implemented non-traditional programs to help educate the community on cancer prevention and clinical trials.  She also worked at Clarkson Center, one of the largest human services agencies in Western New York. 

Kimberly holds a bachelor's in Communications from Michigan State University.  She has served on many boards including the following: ECMC Foundation, WNY Women's Fund, Planned Parenthood, Sisters Network, and the Food Bank of WNY.

Married to her college sweetheart Mark, they have two children.  Tyler, is a division 1 lacrosse player and is currently a senior at University of Tampa and a finance major at UBS.  Her daughter, Tess, is a sophomore at Nardin Academy and is a classical violinist and a lacrosse enthusiast.  Kimberly enjoys helping people and making a positive impact in others lives.
