During the month of March, 2024, our customers had a lot of great things to day.  Please see below:

  • Caller states operator is a wonderful driver and person. They are also very kind.

  • Caller stated this is a very good driver and is always polite to the passengers.

  • Customer wants to express his appreciation to the driver for going above and beyond. He waited patiently for him when he saw him waving for the bus. He was very kind and polite which made the ride enjoyable.

  • Caller stated she was on the bus when a drunk passenger got on the bus with a dog and almost fell. The passenger gave the driver a tough time by calling her names and spitting on the shield where the driver is. The police had to be called.  Caller stated the driver handled the situation very professionally.

  • Caller states operator is a wonderful driver and person. They are also very kind.

  • Please commend the female operator on Line 8 at 445PM, southbound to Waterfront Village at Main & High.  I fell on the sidewalk and cut my forehead.  Although I didn't want any special attention, she insisted and called an ambulance which took me to Buffalo General.  As it turned out I really did need assistance at the Emergency Room.

  • Client says this operator is quick to give anyone a hand and patient when need be.

  • Rider wanted to compliment this driver on her driving on the #3 inbound. "I've been on public transit and several larger cities (Toronto, Chicago, New York, Buenos Aires) and her style of driving reminded me of the best drivers in those cities (especially Buenos Aires).  Despite a completely blocked one-way on West, tight turns onto and off Jersey on her de-tour, and heavy traffic with parked cars in turning lanes around city hall; she hustled with skill and stayed on schedule. I had a tight window to make my transfer and thanks to her, made it to work right on time. Just wanted to write to say I appreciated her effort."

  • Caller states the driver is always pleasant, courteous and does a good job explaining the bus system when the passengers have questions.  The driver makes me feel relaxed and always has a positive attitude.

  • Caller states the driver is pleasant and patient.  The driver had a difficult situation and she handled it well and professionally. Caller wanted to let the company know the driver is doing good.

  • Rider wanted to take the time to say thank you for the 12 Utica Operator driving bus 2253 an Electric bus on 3/21/2024. "I did not get his badge number, but he was an incredibly nice operator. I picked him up on his 5:24PM to Elmwood & Utica Outbound run heading towards Main/Bailey. Then I got off at Main & Winspear, he was a nice guy to talk to. Then I got him again on his 6:33PM run from University Station, I got off at Ferry & Richmond. He had me back by around 7:20PM. After we had been talking on his Outbound, he told me he would keep an eye out for me on his Inbound run. When he did not make it to Winspear & Main exactly on time, due to something out of his control. He actually apologized to me for that, which was very nice of him. I wanted to take the time to thank NFTA-Metro for a wonderful operator providing great customer service to his passengers. I don't have his badge number but again he was driving bus 2253 an Electric bus and his Outbound run was the 5:24PM to Elmwood & Utica and his Inbound run was the 6:33PM from University Station. Thank you for taking time to read this and please have the wonderful Operator commended for his great customer service."

  • Customer initially left a VM for lost & found; I did call the customer back.  The customer had already recovered the lost items from the station.  He was very happy overall with the entire process and most specifically, the operator’s professionalism.
