Please join in welcoming four new officers to our Transit Authority Police Department. The officers were officially sworn in on January 17, 2020 at TAPD headquarters at 1404 in front of family and friends. 

Scott Massey was a former Hospital Public Safety Assistant at ECMC. He joined the NFTA police due to its diverse department and many different appealing units. Massey is most looking forward to serving and making an impact in the community he grew up in. 

Richard Armone, a former university police officer, decided to join the NFTA Police Department because of the diverse environment and numerous opportunities for career advancement. He is looking forward to learning more about his job and continuing his training.

Brandon Radoani, a former U.S Foods employee, joined the NFTA police department to follow in his father’s footsteps. His father was a member of the NFTA Fire Department. Radoani is looking forward to getting involved with different units in the department.

Brandon Schawb was a public safety dispatcher in the Erie County Central Police Services. He chose to join the NFTA Police Department due to its welcoming and positive atmosphere. He is most looking forward to his field training and helping to serve his community.
