Prevention Vaccines are not just for travelers and kids. From infants to senior citizens, nearly everyone can benefit from immunizations. Vaccines help prevent infectious diseases and save lives.  Talk to your health care provider to discuss which vaccinations are recommended for you.

Manage Your Day.  Spend two minutes at the start of each day visualizing what you intend to accomplish for the day. Make a to-do list and keep it in sight. As you cross items off your list, you’ll see a clear outline of your completed and uncompleted tasks, which will give you a sense of progress and accomplishment!

Socialize for Longevity.  Put away electronics and socialize! In our modern age of technology. Face-to-face interactions help to create a bond of trust between people, and also promote longevity!  Remember, in many cases, it’s not what we say, but how we say it that gets our message across!

Fresh from the Farmers Market. There are good reasons to shop at the farmers market!  The produce sold at your local farmers market is in season, and generally is at its tastiest.  Plus many farmers go to great lengths to provide nourishing food without the use of pesticides.
