The NFTA recorded its best safety performance year ever during 2020.  Recordable injuries decreased by 16%, lost workday injuries decreased by 11%, and days away due to injuries decreased by 37%.

All NFTA employees contributed to this achievement, and demonstrates the unwavering attention that our employees devote to keeping themselves and our customers safe every day.

Every NFTA and Metro location reported a significant decline in employee injury rates, showing their dedication to upholding high safety standards.
