On Saturday, August 24, a record 250+ individuals participated in the NFTA's unique 5K Run The Runway at the Niagara Falls International Airport. Participants were grouped into 5-year age groups, 3 deep, and all winners received custom awards. Kids also had the chance to take part in a half-mile fun run.

The event was sponsored by Resurgence Brewery, Imperial Pizza, and WellNow Urgent Care and included a post-race party. All fundraising proceeds will benefit the Matt Urban Center to support children and families in need of housing, food, medicine, and education.
