Friday was a very monumental day for the Buffalo airport. In front of a "full house," NFTA representatives, in conjunction with local government and civic leadership, cut the ribbon to unveil the $71.7 million terminal enhancements. The upgrades were implemented to improve airline travel and offer a new fresh innovative space for travelers and waiting guests. 

As the event concluded, it was exciting to see the first group of (Southwest) passengers come through the new terminal. Everyone arriving had smiles on their faces as the crowd continued to applaud.
