The NFTA's Buffalo Airport staff held its 19th annual Hospitality Ambassador Volunteer luncheon on May 8 at the Big Ditch Brewing Company in downtown Buffalo. This annual event recognizes the program's volunteers for all that they do throughout the year to help create a wonderful first impression for travelers using the Buffalo Airport.
Bev Halligan, who manages the program, was very excited to celebrate the entire team's efforts. She also gave a special tribute to two volunteers, Gloria Polick and Art Schumacher, who have worked with with her since the program began in 2000. Congratulations to everyone involved!
