After eight years of dedicated service to the NFTA, Carlos Pilot will be leaving the organization to begin his new role as Director of Information Technology with the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority (BMHA).

Throughout his time at the NFTA, Carlos has been a trusted resource whose technical expertise, professionalism, and commitment helped support employees and operations across the Authority. His contributions have made a lasting impact, and he will be greatly missed.
