Representatives from the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) proudly attended the Buffalo Urban League’s 2026 Annual Gala on Friday, October 30, 2026. Held at The Powerhouse on Lee Street in Buffalo, the event brought together community leaders, partners, and supporters dedicated to making a lasting impact across Western New York.

Inspired by the elegance and creativity of the Harlem Renaissance, the black-tie evening featured vibrant live music, local art, themed cuisine, and cultural storytelling. Beyond the celebration, the gala served as a vital fundraiser, with all proceeds directly benefiting the Buffalo Urban League’s critical community programs, including local scholarships, workforce development, housing services, and youth empowerment initiatives.

The NFTA is proud to support the Buffalo Urban League in driving equity, opportunity, and positive progress forward for our community.
