Customer Service Week is an international celebration that highlights the people who serve and support customers daily. This year it is more important than ever to showcase our amazing Metro customer service teams working through these difficult times within our community ever day.

By way of background, Customer Service Week has been celebrated the first week in October since 1987. In 1992 the U.S. Congress recognized this week on a national level.
