We are thrilled to congratulate Rachel Maloney and Steve Scime on their well-deserved promotions.

Rachel has been appointed Deputy Director of Public Transit. Her dedication and leadership in operational and workforce initiatives have significantly contributed to the NFTA's progress. In her new role, Rachel will broaden her impact across Public Transit, collaborating with Metro's leadership and employees to enhance service delivery and the overall customer experience.

Steve has been promoted to General Manager of Bus, Paratransit, and Mobility Services. With a wealth of operational experience and deep knowledge of our Metro system and community, Steve is well equipped to lead initiatives to improve service reliability and safety, support our workforce, and enhance customer satisfaction.
