March marks Women’s History Month, and this year’s theme, Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future, celebrates the powerful impact of women in all communities. From driving innovation and fostering economic justice to championing community leadership and building intergenerational equity, women everywhere are leading the way toward a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future.

We are excited to honor and amplify the incredible vision, creativity, and leadership of women making a difference. We have two special celebrations ahead:

• International Women's Day, Sunday, March 8 (Give to Gain): Please share images of your work group or team, and we will include them on Elements and social media throughout the month. If you are at the MTC, we encourage you to join us in the lobby on Friday, March 6, at 11 a.m. to take a purple/pink photo. 
  
  
• Women’s History Bus Launch, Friday, March 13: The NFTA will unveil its new and inspirational Women’s History Bus at Metro's Cold Spring Station at 10:30 a.m.
