We are sharing comments we received from happy Metro customers during the month of May. Please see below: 

  • The caller states he was very happy with the service operator offered. He states the driver was very helpful and patient. He instructed him and other passengers with information to download the app to pay with their phone. The customer is here on a trip and was very pleased to receive guidance in a city he is not from. The driver made sure to call control to get information on the next 40 leaving downtown and request to hold it for passengers who are new to the city. 

  • Great driver, very focused, and polite. Greeting the customers, answering their questions. Helps as much as he can, goes above and beyond. Very aware of his surroundings. Made the ride very enjoyable and even smiled at the customers. That's exceptional customer service, especially behind the wheel. Great job!

  • Caller states operator is a great driver. Very polite and professional. He waits for people and is always friendly.

  • The caller states the driver of the vehicle 1709 yesterday at 1:10 pm route 20 outbound did a great job driving. They were involved in a car accident and if he was not such a great driver the accident would have been worse. She wanted to Thank him for that. 

  • The caller / passenger stated that the operator is always on time, polite, courteous, helpful to passengers and always has a positive demeanor. 

  • Just wanted to drop a quick thank you to badge number 4888 for a bus ride to Niagara Falls. He was particularly patient with us while we were trying to pay.

  • We are tourists from England. I just wanted to take some time to provide positive feedback for one of your drivers. She went above and beyond helping me and my mum while we were lost for directions at buffalo airport / buffalo downtown. We had issues with purchasing tickets, which she helped us patiently resolve, and then provided information about which directions we should take. While she probably doesn’t know it, she helped settle our nerves significantly. Thank you.

  • Caller states operator very informative with Metgo. He explained everything was very polite and pleasant. 

  • The caller states the driver has excellent customer service skills. The driver went above and beyond to make sure he avoided the customer walking into a muddy puddle and let him off at a safe location.

  • The caller stated the operator is very polite and patient as he waited until people were seated before pulling off.

  • The customer was very pleased with the operator. The driver offered reliable service and a safe commuting experience.

  • Customer states Sam from the customer service center was very polite and patient with her. She appreciates that he took his time with her to register her card.

  • I would (also) like to say we rode the bus in the morning and had the most awesome experience with the gentleman driving the bus at the 10:18 and 1:09 Line 40. Please tell him he is amazing!
