Amanda Vaughan is the newest member of Metro’s Customer Relations team.  As a longtime bus operator at our Cold Spring Station, Amanda’s front-line experience will greatly benefit our customers in better understanding their challenges and needs. 

As a Customer Relations Specialist, Amanda will support our internal call center by interviewing customers and gathering critical feedback, which is welcomed, as it greatly assists Metro in increasing the quality of our service delivery throughout.  Additionally, Amanda currently serves on the NFTA's Black History Committee.

On another happy note, Amanda and her husband, Michael, are excitingly awaiting the arrival of Baby Mekhi.  Baby Mekhi will be welcomed home by all, which includes their loving pups (3 Malshi, 1 American Bully).
