Cabrinna (Bri) Almond has been promoted to Manager, Customer Experience and Community Engagement for the Buffalo Niagara International Airport and Niagara Falls International Airport.

Cabrinna joined the NFTA in February 2025 as the EEO/ADA Compliance Specialist. Since then, she has made meaningful contributions to customer-focused initiatives, compliance efforts, and community outreach. She has also been instrumental in coordinating the NFTA’s participation in special community and cultural events, helping elevate the Authority’s visibility and deepen its connection throughout Western New York.

With a passion for travel, Cabrinna brings a genuine appreciation for the airport experience to her new role, where she will lead and support efforts to enhance the customer experience and strengthen community engagement at both airports.
