The NFTA is excited to announce that Jesse Durbin has been promoted to Senior Service Scheduler in Metro's Service Planning Department.

Jesse joined Service Planning in 2020, bringing with him a strong educational background in Geography, a tremendous work ethic, and customer service skills from his time in retail. Since then, he has grown into a talented service scheduler and has more than demonstrated his ability to take on the senior role in Service Planning’s scheduling department upon Sue Fadel’s retirement this month.  

Jesse says “I am excited for this opportunity to continue to grow within the Service Planning Department and work together with everyone in Metro to continually improve upon the service we provide for our riders. It has been a challenging and rewarding first four years, and I look forward to many more.”
