Patricia Wiseman has been appointed as the Manager of Paratransit and Mobility Services, a newly established leadership position at the NFTA. In her new role, she will oversee Paratransit operations, customer service, scheduling, and dispatch. With 11 years of service at the NFTA and over 25 years of management experience, Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge to the position.

Patricia started her career at the NFTA in January 2015 as the Superintendent of Special Services, a position she held for nearly four years. In November 2018, she was promoted to Special Services and Systems Manager and served in this role for seven years. She holds a Master of Science degree from Buffalo State College and a Bachelor of Science in Community Mental Health from the University at Buffalo. She also recently completed the prestigious year-long PTLI Program through the New York Public Transit Association. Beyond her professional commitments, Patricia volunteers with Literacy Buffalo Niagara, where she tutors adults in reading.

Patricia is passionate about providing outstanding public transportation services and is eager to embrace the opportunities her new position offers. She said, "I am excited to step into my new role and look forward to collaborating with our team to enhance services for our customers and the community."
