Thomas Rivera, a custodian on Chris Brophy's facilities team, was presented with a certificate of appreciation by Tom George, Director of Public Transit, on June 11.  Thomas is being recognized for his outstanding performance in providing a safe and clean operating environment in and around Metro's Portage Road Station in Niagara Falls.  He goes above and beyond the call of duty every day.  His hard work and dedication are an integral part of what helps keep our riders safe and promotes the highest level of customer satisfaction.
