On Wednesday, October 2, a dedicated team of 25 NFTA employees achieved a significant milestone by completing a comprehensive 13-week Supervisory Training Series. 

The multifaceted training program covered a wide range of practical topics and activities. The sessions included discussions on leadership and self-awareness using DISC, emotional intelligence, communicating effectively, coaching for performance, and managing conflict. There were also sessions focused on NFTA operations and functions, such as HR, Safety, and Payroll, as well as CF&S and EAP. 

This collective effort is a testament to the NFTA's commitment to professional growth and development of its team members. We look forward to offering more opportunities like this in the future.
