Congratulations to Anthony “Tony” Masters on his promotion to HVAC Mechanic Specialist A. Tony is responsible for maintaining all heating & cooling systems for Metro Rail’s stations & buildings. This April will mark 16 years of service for Tony. He began as a porter, advanced to a helper, and eventually became a helper with tools. He credits his hands-on learning at Metro for being in a position to advance to his latest promotion. Tony has a son and a daughter and lives on a 170-acre farm in South Dayton. He buys tractors as a hobby and grows vegetables and raises chickens in his free time.
