Tom Rizzo IV has joined the Service Planning team as its Senior Clerk A. He’ll be working on a wide variety of tasks, from assisting with the scheduling production process to proofreading documents to ridership tracking and more.

Tom comes to Service Planning from the NFTA’s Adjudication Department, where he spent six years. Before that, he worked at both the U.S. Postal Service and Geico. Tom will be an asset to the department as he is experienced, efficient, and has an excellent eye for detail.  He is also skilled in Microsoft Office programs.

Tom loves to spend time with his wife and two children. He is a big-time Buffalo sports fan and a 14-year Buffalo Bills season ticket holder. He also is an avid vinyl record collector and produces music.
