Our Customer Service team has provided some commendations received in November of 2023. Please see below: 

• Caller states the driver was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist him due to being disabled with braces on his legs.
  
  
• Caller stated this driver handled the school kids on the train by putting them off the train for vaping, she stated this driver is a very good employee.
  
  
• Customer stated operator on the 49 East Amherst served above & beyond Customer service
  Driver was very pleasant with passengers and also displayed veteran level driving skills. I admired his proper acceleration, braking and judgement calls. The driver pulled over to the curb for every single rider and also pulled over and waited, to maintain adherence to the schedule. Very pleasant and easy ride.
  
  
• Caller states the driver was very accommodating by pulling close to the curb for her knowing she has her cart. She would like him to be acknowledged for his assistance.
  
  
• Caller states he is an elderly man and that the driver was very kind and patient with him. The operator offered great service which made the ride more enjoyable.
  
  
• Customer said the operator did an outstanding job of being courteous and safety conscious. A smooth and safe ride.
  
  
• Customer wanted to send a compliment regarding our afternoon driver on the 69 route 5:10 bus. This Driver has been on our route for the fall schedule and she has been wonderful. Not only is she very professional but she is also a very kind person. She always goes out of her way to watch out for her regulars and has helped many people who are riding the bus for the first time or just have questions on what bus to take. She is a very safe driver and handles the bus very well on the thruway as well as some of the dark roads in the suburbs. We were very lucky to have her for the fall sign up and hope she comes back to our route soon!
