Debbie (Kash) Kashishian is celebrating her last day at the NFTA before she heads for retirement. She has held an extraordinary 48-year career as a Paralegal, which includes 21 years with the NFTA.

Over her career at the Authority, Debbie assisted (Vicky Brunette) with defending approximately 3,500 cases and provided litigation support for 50-75 trials. She was invaluable prepping for trial, coordinating witnesses, scheduling depositions, interacting with experts and the Court, and otherwise dealing with difficult Plaintiff’s offices and staff. Throughout it all Debbie was the consummate professional. Her contribution to the success of the litigation team over the last 21 years is immeasurable. We are beyond happy to see Debbie move on to the next chapter in her life, but sad to see her go. Each one of us wishes Debbie all the best.

A Caribbean-themed retirement luncheon was held on Thursday in Debbie's honor in the first floor conference room at the MTC. Vicky Brunette and Kim Minkel paid tribute to Debbie and her valuable contributions with touching presentations as well as lots of hugs and well-wishes from the group.

We hope you will have the opportunity to wish Debbie well on her last day.

Congrats Deb, we will miss you!
