Virtual Mind/Body Yoga Series - open to all

November thru February – 2023/24

C+FS EAP is partnering with trauma-informed yoga instructor, Lidia Snyder, to bring you a Mind-Body Yoga Series.

Virtual offerings include: the second Monday of every month from 5:30pm – 6:30pm and the third Wednesday of every month from 9:00am – 10:00am. Printable flyer is attached.
