WTS is an international organization with the mission of attracting, sustaining, connecting, and advancing women's careers to strengthen the transportation industry. A group of women at the NFTA are working on starting a local chapter of WTS (WTS Western NY). Before paperwork is prepared and submitted to start a local chapter, a survey is being conducted to see if there’s enough interest and support.
