Wegmans Pharmacy in conjunction with the NFTA, will be hosting a COVID vaccine clinic at Frontier Station.  All employees are welcome. 

The primary COVID vaccine Wegmans is using is the Pfizer vaccine (2 doses).  The first dose of the COVID vaccine will be administered on Tuesday, September 7 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  

** APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED **  

Contact Chris Hart (ext. 7652 or email christine.hart@nfta.com) or Karen Novo (ext. 7343 or karen.novo@nfta.com) no later than September 3.  The second dose of the vaccine will be administered Tuesday, September 28.  Wegmans will set up dose 2 appointments with all participants at the dose 1 clinic. 

Based off new regulations from the CDC, individuals no longer need to wait 14 days between the flu shot and COVID vaccine.  Both can be administered the same day.  One shot per arm.

The COVID vaccine is available for a $0 copay.  

Attendees, please do the following:

• Bring your Blue Cross Blue Shield Identification Card.  If you don’t have active insurance, you can still receive the vaccine.
• Wear short sleeves
• Wear your face mask
• Always maintain 6 ft. distancing
• Sit in observation for 15 minutes after being vaccinated
