Marcela Hernandez from Government Affairs is celebrating 40!  Her team put together a wonderfully sweet extravaganza complete with cake, cookies, caramel corn and more.  The specially designed birthday card featured the outfit she made and wore to the recent Elton John concert.  Way to go!
