TAPD's retired K-9 Eci celebrated her tenth birthday on January 7. She provided 6-1/2 years of service as a Transit Authority Police Explosive Detection K-9.  Her greatest accomplishment to date is beating a recent diagnosis of cancer, and she is doing well.
