On October 16, National Boss’s Day, also known as National Boss Day or Bosses Day, recognizes the hardworking boss overseeing the workplace, department, and/or external business units. Employees across the United States show appreciation and thankfulness to their bosses.  (If the 16th of October falls on a weekend, then this day is celebrated on the closest working day.)
