We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of our colleague, Patrick Burke, who died at home on January 26, 2026. Patrick was a valued member of NFTA-Metro for 18 years, working 13 years at South Park Yard and Shops and five years at Cold Spring Garage. He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the opportunity to work with him.

Of Hamburg, NY, January 26, 2026; loving father of Shaun Burke; cherished grandpa of Leo Burke and Adrian Burke; beloved son of the late Paul N. Sr. and Ann (nee Space) Burke; loving brother of Rick (Becky) Burke, Colleen (Mark) Burke-Hagstrom, Mike (Lisa) Burke, Noreen (Michael) Vujakovich and the late Paul N. Burke, Jr.; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family will be present to receive friends Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 12-4 pm at the (Hamburg Chapel) JOHN J.
