Ken Burns has been promoted to Sr. Maintenance Technician within the NFTA's Facilities Department.  

Ken has worked for the NFTA for 3+ years and is experienced handling electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry at the MTC, OCC, TAPD offices, and the Niagara Falls and Portage Road Transit Centers. He has become a go-to person for operational support including snow plowing and maintenance. 

Ken is thrilled about the opportunity to move into this role and continue to keep NFTA's facilities and building operations running smoothly. He also hopes to grow his locksmith skills in the future.
