Our own Denise Drews was a judge at the annual Buffalo's Best Kielbasa Contest held at Flying Bison Brewing Co. this past Saturday, April 8. 

There were 35+ entries, and they were judged based on preparation and flavor. There was also a pierogi and polka party immediately following. It was a whole lot of Polish fun!
