Metro hosted a community table at Buffalo’s 16th annual Taste of Diversity Festival on Saturday, June 29th.  Staff was on hand to talk to festival goers about the benefits of using public transit and obtain feedback from our riders.  There was also a raffle for a free monthly pass!  

The Taste of Diversity Festival hosts thousands of attendees along Grant Street and Lafayette each year.  The event showcases local restaurants, vendors, musicians and dancers from around the world, representing the cultural heritage of Buffalo’s West Side community.  

It was a gorgeous 80 degree day, and a lot of was had by all!  We are looking forward to the next Metro outreach event which will be at the Taste of Buffalo, July 13-14.
