• Customer states bus operator was nice and polite with her, and "let the bus down." Great customer service with other passengers.
• The customer stated that the Driver went above and beyond by returning his phone to him.
• Just wanted to give a big thank you to the Driver on Elmwood 20 this morning.
  The route was switched around with the closure of Niagara Square. This Driver went above and beyond to make sure my students got safely on the bus . Very friendly and professional! Kudos to the Driver!
• The customer stated that this Driver was very professional, courteous, and patient. It's a pleasure to ride the bus when he is the Driver.
• The customers came into the MTC to give praise to the Driver. He was outstanding in a bus situation involving a crisis and a bus change. She stated he may have saved a passenger's life. He was professional, and he went above and beyond while trying to keep everything under control
