We are thrilled to share commendations that came through our customer care department in February. Please see below:
- The customer stated that the driver was so kind and did a really good job assisting her.
- I'm excited to share some wonderful news with you: "This" Driver from Metro Rail is fantastic!
- The customer always appreciates how long it takes the driver to get there, and she is always on time.
- The passenger called stated the driver is exceptionally professional & friendly. He lets down the bus for the elderly without asking. He is very polite & he always follows the rules by keeping the aisles clear.
- The customer stated they were in Car 102 this morning on an outbound train that arrived at University Station around 8:14 am. I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the Operator who made an extended announcement about not vaping on the train when she noticed someone vaping. The person who caused the announcement stopped vaping once it was made. It was very much appreciated.
- The rider called stated the bus driver at the end of the line had another passenger with a language barrier who was very upset because she got on the wrong bus & was lost. The calling rider stated that the driver understood the situation. He went way beyond what most people would do. He helped the lady & called her an Uber so she would get to where she was going without issue.
- The caller states that the operator was very helpful and courteous, and always waits for her every morning so she doesn't miss her bus. The caller said she is very thankful for having her as her bus driver.
- The customer stated this driver is AMAZING! Goes above and beyond, asks fellow riders when she does not see them, genuinely cares, and shares some info about the Sunflower program with some of her passengers. They were very grateful and think the program would be of great help. This driver is just awesome, and the customer just wanted to point that out.
- The customer called in to compliment the bus operator and expressed appreciation for how the operator treated customers. The customer states the driver is pleasant, always smiles and greets people, and doesn’t give anyone a hassle with the lowered steps. All around, she provides exceptional services.
- The operator is very considerate of customers and waits for them if they are arriving at the stop a bit late. They have a lot of consideration for them. The bus operator lowers the bus for people who need it. And she told this customer that the actual bus is a safe place for people in need. She told the customer about the sunflower program and is trying to gather more information about it.
