The caller stated that this driver is a very good driver and has great knowledge of the route.

Customer says this driver is awesome! He drops the lift and also waits patiently for a gentleman who is severely disabled to get onto the bus. This customer's life, and the lives of the other riders, are better because of this driver's warm greeting everyday.

Customer says he gets this driver often and is the best driver Metro has.

Customer says that this driver is very nice, courteous, and caring. He always looks out for his passengers. He will kneel the bus and pull right up to the curb for the senior citizens. This driver is always on time and very pleasant. 

Customer says this driver is doing a GREAT JOB.

The caller stated that this driver is very nice and always helps people get onto the bus easier by pulling right up to the curb. 

Customer says that they accidentally pulled for the wrong stop and the driver did not make a fuss about it. Later, the customer encountered the same driver who knelt the bus after seeing they were struggling to get onto the bus. Still having trouble getting on, the driver offered to kneel the bus even further down. The customer wants to highlight how incredibly kind and helpful the driver is. The driver has great customer service skills and understands what it means to serve the public. 

The caller stated that his driver is very friendly, polite, and helpful. 

Customer says that the driver is great and has very high praise for him. The driver went above and beyond normal duty. The customer was very appreciative that the driver told him about construction on the route and let him off where he could make an easier connection to another bus. 

The caller stated that the driver of the inbound bus did an EXCELLENT job and provided wonderful customer service. GREAT JOB!
