Check out some recent comments that our Customer Care team received below:
- The caller wants to thank this operator who saved her from falling over in her wheelchair due to a pothole in the street.
- The caller stated that this operator is a very good driver and the company is lucky to have them.
- The caller said that this operator is very nice, always treats people with kindness, and is a great driver.
- The caller stated that this driver was super nice to her. She boarded the #46 bus and then had to catch the #4. The driver told her to stay on #46 because he was going to become inbound at #4. The customer was very pleased with how kind this driver was.
- The caller was impressed by how kind and caring the operator was.
- This customer stated that this driver is so nice. They really notice how he treats other people- always with a smile on his face, kindness in his voice, and says, "have a nice day" to anyone exiting.
- The caller stated that this driver is very helpful and treats everybody with respect. This driver is always on time and a joy to ride with.
- The caller said that the operator was professional and waited for a passenger who was elderly and running.
- This customer wanted to give a shout out to the driver on their commute. Twice during the day, this driver made an announcement that masks over the nose and mouth are still required to ride the bus, and if you don't comply you cannot ride. This customer appreciated that this driver is committed to the safety of their passengers and hopes other operators do the same.
- The caller said that this operator does a wonderful job and is always on time which allows him to get the connecting bus for work.
