Our frontline teams have been serving our riders with care during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are excited to share some of the commendations we received from callers during the month of June.  Please see below:

  • (My) driver is polite, courteous, and keeps everyone at ease at this erratic time.  Great Job.
  • The majority of the drivers of buses I have been on are doing an excellent job enforcing the face mask requirement. Please let them know their efforts are greatly appreciated.
  • Caller stated that driver went above and beyond the call of duty.  Great job.
  • Caller said this Operator waits for her transfer from the 12, knowing the connection is tight. He is most helpful, friendly, courteous, kind; a Boy Scout.
  • Commending (my) Operator.  He is very helpful and considerate of passengers' needs.  He makes announcements for stops and lets everyone know of connecting buses and makes jokes on the speakers.  He makes everyone feel at ease when they ride the bus.
  • In coming from a funeral, one of your bus operators was very respectful of the procession. The bus operator switched on his hazard lights and waited for the procession to go by. Afterward, he switched his hazard lights off and proceeded back on route. I am incredibly thankful for your very respectful operator.
  • Commending the NFTA for the professionalism of a driver.  My morning driver dropped the front handicapped plate today, and I am grateful.  He's always nice in the morning and he stays on schedule. I appreciate him noticing my handicap and helping me.

Thank you to all of our drivers who have been dedicated to compassionately serving our riders during this health crisis.  We will share more commendations next month.
