During the month of January, our Customer Care Center received a lot of accolades on our Metro Drives and our service.  Here is what some of our customers had to say:

• Currently on the 16 this driver is kind courteous and patient. He has negotiated around broken-down cars and all the snowplows and is going slow enough. And I am grateful for the NFTA and of course my morning 16 driver.
  
  
• I just wanted to let you know about a brief encounter I had with one of your drivers this AM. I pulled up to a red light at Walden and Transit in Lancaster at 0800 today during a snowstorm. The NFTA bus I pulled next to, opened his door so I rolled my window down and said good morning.  He said, “Happy New Year friend, be careful out there.  God bless and get home safe to your family tonight.”  I said same to you and we both drove off.

• Said she was glad to see this driver back after an absence because he is one of the most courteous and caring operators in the system.
  
  
• Said it was only him and her on bus and they had to shovel the bus because it got stuck. So, he wanted supervisor to know she did a great job and got the bus moving.
  
  
• Wanted to say their operator is very courteous, polite, always on-time and a safe driver. The riders are happy to see the operator return to the route.

• Said the driver for bus 44 has been a great driver, and I know the man doesn’t ever seem to take a day off, so he has been there every day to pick us up. My stop is the first in Lockport at the Village and he is always looking out for me to pick me up; very polite young man and seems very responsible.
  
  
• This driver is always on time, is friendly but professional, looks out for the customers, and other riders always thank him for doing such an amazing job and making the ride safe.
