Glenn Duckworth is retiring after 19 years with the NFTA. He began his career in 2007 as a Porter in Metro's Rail department and has held this position ever since. 

Glenn, often referred to as “Duck,” has consistently delivered exceptional customer service at our rail stations throughout the years. He is well-known for infusing energy and personality into the workplace, whether by collaborating on fun nicknames, sharing cartoon drawings, sending friendly messages, or entertaining others with his quirky character voices.

Glen will be greatly missed at the Rail, but he is excited to start his next chapter in retirement. He plans to travel while continuing to cheer on the Buffalo Bills! His last official day at the NFTA is Friday, May 1st.
