The NFTA concluded its participation in the Buffalo Common Council's Winter Preparedness 5-Night Series. Last night's event was held at the Tosh Collins Community Center from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The NFTA's Kelly Khatib and Caeley Robinson had the opportunity to talk with guests about public transit options, MetGo, and NFTA job opportunities.  

The winter series events aimed to prepare and equip WNY residents with important winter weather resources and tools. More than 30 local organizations joined in these events and provided tips and resources, from energy-saving measures, to emergency kits, to travel options and tips. The series proved to be very successful, drawing in almost a thousand attendees over the five events.
