Please join us in congratulating our team members who recently graduated from the Buffalo Niagara Partnership's (BNP) GROW Leadership Development Program, a three-month curriculum delivered in collaboration with Niagara University. 

Designed to support emerging leaders, the program provides participants with valuable professional development opportunities focused on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, change management, and workplace success. Through instruction from Niagara University faculty and engagement with professionals from organizations across Western New York, participants gain practical tools and insights to strengthen their leadership capabilities.
