The Buffalo Common Council is supporting the city's winter preparation efforts for 2025 with its third annual Winter Preparedness Series, which provides free winter kits and safety information to residents. This initiative, along with an updated City of Buffalo Snow Plan, includes a new warming center, mobile lift units for clearing emergency routes, and additional snow-fighting equipment, all designed to enhance the city's response to winter storms.
