NFTA representatives Sheila Keane and Genevieve Kosmowski were on site for the Buffalo Common Council's 2nd Annual Winter Preparedness Series on Saturday, October 26. The event was held at the Tosh Collins Community Center and drew 125+ attendees. Maria Logan and Yaniz Santana were also out at the Belle Center on October 30, which drew 100+ attendees.
During these events, our teams had opportunities to talk to WNY residents about the benefits of using public transit and signing up for Metro Alerts as well as providing our winter ride guides.
These winter preparedness fairs offer a wide range of critical resources to help WNY residents manage the challenges of Buffalo's winter season, and we are thrilled to be a part of it. For more information about upcoming events in the series, visit: WintrPrepSeries2024.
