NFTA team members participated in the 36th Annual Developmental Disabilities Awareness Day on Tuesday, May 21, at the Niagara Falls Convention Center. 

The event included various workshops and activities as well as an awards luncheon with keynote speaker Katherine McLaughlin, who is the founder of Disability Workshops, now Elevatus Training, LLC.

A vendor fair was also part of the day's activities where over 50 agencies participated in interactive tabling sessions to help attendees explore the latest topics in the field. The event was well-attended, and our NFTA team members had opportunities to talk with a lot of individuals and riders about Metro's PAL services and the MetGo Reduced Fare Program.
