Metro's Customer Satisfaction Survey is underway in conjunction with the American Bus Benchmarking Group and 20+ other transit agencies. 

We hope that, as employees, you will participate and provide information based on your personal experiences in riding Metro services, whether occasionally or regularly.

The survey will run from Monday, March 27, through Sunday, April 30.

Your input matters. Past surveys have led to solid improvements in the bus and rail system, including the following:

  • Started a bus shelter expansion program that installed 30 new shelters in 2023, with 30 more planned per year for the next four years
  • Created a task force to improve on-time performance
  • Increased cleaning on buses and trains
  • Added your voice to grant applications to get needed funds into this community
