Omar Campuzano and Maria Logan were each honored with a Spirit of Service Award presented by Charles Torres, the President of the Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade of Western New York (PRHDP). The PRHDP announced these awards at their annual dinner last fall, which celebrated various community organizations and their contributions to the WNY Hispanic community in 2025.

As co-chairs of the NFTA's Hispanic Heritage Committee, Omar and Maria play a vital role in leading the NFTA's participation in the annual Buffalo Hispanic Parade and Festival. Their dedicated efforts behind the scenes are essential to ensuring the success of our events and strengthening our connection to Hispanic culture.
