The NFTA is incredibly proud of all of the amazing women of Western New York, and are thrilled to highlight all the women who are "driving" our workforce.  We are led by Executive Director Kim Minkel and have a team of strong, dedicated heroes, who work tirelessly to improve the quality of life in our community.

It's important for all of us to recognize Women during Women's History Month and throughout the year.
